Do you have a physical store?

Although we do not have a traditional retail store, we sell directly from our officially registered production workshop. If you wish, you can visit our registered workshop address to examine our products up close and make a purchase. You can also safely complete all orders outside of our workshop through our Shopify online store.

In addition to offering a visiting opportunity, we provide the following advantages to simplify your shopping process:

• Detailed Images: Our product pages feature high-resolution photos where you can see the texture, color, and stitching details of the leather as clearly as possible.

• Fast Support: You can consult our team about any questions you may have regarding product dimensions, leather types, or personalization options via our Contact Page or WhatsApp line.

• Secure and Transparent Return Policy: You can easily return or exchange the standard (non-personalized) products you have purchased if they do not meet your expectations.

What kind of leather do you use in your products?

We guarantee that we use 100% genuine and high-quality cowhide in all our products. We refuse to use skins from exotic species hunted solely for their leather.

Can I have a name, initials, or logo printed on the products?

Yes, we offer a personalization option (hot stamping / engraving) on most of our products. When placing an order, you can add the name or initials you want to have printed in the relevant field on the product page. Please contact us for your logo requests for corporate or bulk orders.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, as Dabi Deri, we offer wholesale and production partnerships for concept stores, boutiques, and corporate platforms that align with our brand's vision, craftsmanship values, and quality standards. We have a special wholesale product catalog, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and pricing conditions for businesses that wish to offer our designs through their own sales channels.
